Love Love Love this place. Everyone feels like family. The minute you walk in the door. Your 1st time is 3-4 hours but after that usually 2 hours or less. They are so appreciative of your time. Bottom line is you feel great when you leave because you just did something to save a life.
I came in as a new donor on a Friday morning around 8am. I was booked in and done with my donation within 3 hours. The staff is very helpful and personable.
I love donating at talecris. The center, the employees. I never have a bad experience. Thank you to everyone that works hard.
Everyone is always very professional, personable, and friendly. No one likes to get stuck with a needle, so it’s nice to see the staff enjoying themselves while they work!!
