We recently moved to Rockford, my husband has been on peritoneal dialysis for a year and half. We were sent to this DaVita branch. During his visit , he had to bring his flash drive from the machine to update the program. In the evening, my husband while connecting to the dialysis found that the nurse had ineptly reprogrammed the flesh drive so program had lost and he was not able connect to the dialysis machine, so he had to miss the session. Unpleasantly surprised the absolute unprofessional attitude to their duties and carelessness of the medical staff of this clinic ud83dude21
