Yes very knowledgeable and friendly. Gillette stadium is down the road. There is also a truck stop before you get there coming from 495 from the South. You can only turn right into Brodie as the highway has a little divider and is one way northbound Put your 4 ways on rookie, swing it button wide! don't do a boo boo!! Lot needs more room or widened for a 53
Very tight dock in the back for delivering forklifts. Great people very friendly
People are pleasant on the phone. But we had an emergency call of a broken forklift and a truck waiting to be unloaded they said they would send someone right out. 2 hours later called back they said he will be there by 12. At one o'clock called back and they said a couple more hours. Asked to talk to the manager explained everything to him he said he will have someone out asap. Still waited 2 more hours. The mechanic said the call he was on was no emergency his boss didn't want him to leave and come back it wasn't profitable enough. That kind of customer service is unacceptable in my book.
Phenomenal staff. Parts department is easy to deal with.
