I would like to thank Lisa at the Sharon store. I called on Sunday to order some desert platters for an upcoming funeral. I asked Lisa about Individually wrapping the cookies and brownies, since many people who would be attending were nervous with Covid Restrictions. Lisa had said, she had never had this request, but she would do whatever I wanted. When we picked up the platters I was very impressed with her creativity, and the presentation of the cookie platters, but most of all I was impressed by her compassion and customer service. Lisa is an asset to Shaw’s, and the Sharon store. Thank you, Lisa we will definitely be back for our future events.

The shelves are always sparse. It is often hit-or miss on certain items. For example, I went back twice over a 3-day period looking for distilled water---- to no avail. This had happened several times in the past. I had a conversation with a manager about this shortage of items, and essentially, his response was a shoulder shrug. Looking toward taking my regular shopping to Big Y in Walpole.
