I purchased two pairs of shoes and was given my total. I paid and went home. I looked at my receipt and found a charge on the receipt for a donation. I was not told about or asked if I wanted to donate. The associate added it to my receipt without asking. I contacted the store to get this reversed. However, I was told by the manager on duty to try calling back in two days. The manager I spoke with didn't know how to read on the receipt who the associate was that rang my sale. She refused after multiple requests to even provide me with her first name. The store could not provide me with a phone number for a regional office. They couldn't provide me with the store managers name. I was hung up on, put on an endless hold, and was told that they didn't know how to credit the charge back to my card. They didn't apologize, offer to look into the issue, and they were not willing to come up with any resolution to the issue. I now have a message into their corporate office to get it corrected and I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Buyer beware at this store. They add unauthorized charges to your card.
Nice selection of athletic and casual shoes. Great place to take the family or to just buy multiple items for yourself.
