Quiet store not alot of traffic as others. But friendly staff lady.. didn't have what were looking for but over all great store
Went to store Friday 3/4 was looking for work boots without steel toe. The store employees was on phone in personal call we browsed around waiting for him to get off phone when he finally did we asked about the boots. He then said you have to leave it’s almost 5 and we close at 5. So we asked “your not gonna sell us shoes? He replied no the cash register shuts down at 5. You have to come back tomorrow.”nThat’s no gonna happen. I hope the manager/owner see this post and hires an employee that is mature enough to run his store as this punk was not
I've always been happy at this redwing store, they have the boots I want and the employees are helpful. These boots aren't cheap but they are very well made and will last! Plus they will clean & oil your boots twice a year for free. If you wear work boots everyday or even just for chores around the house I highly recommend buying the best boots you can afford, your body will thank you.
The staff is friendly and helpful, and if they don't have the right size the will order it for you.go to this store once a year. There boots last and are worth the money. And trust me your feet will thank you.
