Riverside animal clinic is the best! Every single staff member and doctor is so caring, patient, and kind! Especially Dr. Jim Carlson, he really loves his job and it shows. I have followed him from his Buffalo grove office because you can see how much he loves animals and wants to help them. He always explains everything going on with my dog with such compassion, empathy, and care. My dog’s condition was caught so early, that he didn’t have to suffer all the symptoms associated with it, because they are so proactive and really want to take care of your pet. I also have to mention how wonderful Ashleigh is! She is always so kind and patient and understanding. She takes the time to explain everything and put you at ease!
Checking in and being called back was quick and efficient. Both ladies were friendly and helpful. Dr. Carlson took his time to examine my cat and thoroughly explained everything to me. I left the office feeling very comfortable and cared for. Thank you!
We LOVE Dr. Carlson and everything he’s done for my dog, she’s now 17 years old and a happy pup thanks to him. The staff is amazing, so friendly and wonderful with the animals! I feel very comfortable having her with them. THANK YOU!
Dr. Carlson always looks at both the holistic side as well as the normal veterinary side of an issue when you bring your pet in. I love having multiple options to treat my pets. Also the loving care all of the staff show my fur babies warms my heart. I won’t go anywhere else for vet care they are #1
Dr Carlson is very caring and compassionate towards our animals. He takes the time to explain what is going on with our pets health and answers all of our questions. He is very honest and an overall excellent vet.
