I ordered a bag of dog food and a bag of treats, the treats were listed at buy one get one 50% off. The store had only one bag of the treats left and opted to not charge me for them. I appreciated this as I had specifically placed the order for the treats and ended up adding the dog food as it was available at a good price. We spend a good amount of money in the store for our pets' needs and will continue to do so. It is this type of customer service that cements this.
From the initial interactions with the girls on staff they were courteous, nice and happy individuals. I can’t say the same about other pet groomers in the area. They did an outstanding job and I felt totally comfortable leaving my dog with them. Thank you very much, keep up the positive attitude.
