During this stressful time, Advocate won’t give their patients referrals to get a COVID-19 test. Their app and website says talk with your provider so I called and all they do is give you phone numbers to other places that are ALL booked up. Meanwhile Northwestern and Amita primary care physicians give their patients referrals to get a test. I will be switching as soon as I can.

Emory Medical Center offers a course in compassion. Maybe they offer it online for you folks. Dr. Edo and Brittany shouldn't be the only kind and professional ones there. A female staff member complained THREE TIMES about her own personal problems when I was trying to reach Dr. Edo!nAdvocate has so many unprofessional bad apples these days they way outnumber the good ones. Doesn't anyone know phone courtesy or kindness anymore? Who trains and hires these people?? Dr. Edo is a good doctor but we are switching doctors because of the staff.

Came here for family member MRI. Place is clean, well lit, and timely. We were seen on time, and check-in was fast. Handicapped access and parking available. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility is about 12 years old, but very well kept and maintained. The building houses several area. I posted hours of each (walk in clinic, imaging, general practice).

Staff at front desk, suite 140, could use a lesson in empathy and compassion.nnKilleen was less than helpful and rather rude upon our check in for an ultrasound. Just be kind. It's not that difficult.nnYou don't know what kind of battles people are fighting, but being in the healthcare industry you SHOULD realize that people are obviously dealing with something, that's why we're here. If I had a choice I'd rather not be here either; however a kind staff would make a huge difference.

Ever since Dr. Uhler retired this place has turned into a huge joke. The staff is CONSISTANTLY rude. The doctors make you feel stupid when you describe symptoms and are very condescending, the front desk staff answer the phones in a cold manner and BARELY help you out... and they don't even smile when you go into their facility. They're supposed to be there to help us out and make it an easy experience.. but nope! They just mock other patients behind their backs and order pizza. This place should be closed down since obviously they don't know how to treat people. Wish I could give this place 0/5.
