Manager messed up my account setup, even thought I told him several times what plan i wanted. Had to call customer service, wait an hour, to fix his mess up.

This is the best T-mobile in the Boston area. Well worth driving over because all of these guys know what they are doing and are incredibly helpful!nnMy first experience was with Jacky a while back and there is nothing he does not know. Very, very tech savvy and got my new phone up and running and transferred over all of my messages, photos, documents and everything so it was a seamless and smooth transition.nnWent in again today and Jarrod helped me with a temporary phone I'm using until I can replace it. He bent over backwards to help me. Next time, I'm buying the insurance because he could have ruled my broken phone defective and I would have gotten a new one for free.nnEvery time I've come here, I've been blown away by the customer support. A shout out to Benny and Brian, too.nnWhen you are ready to buy your next phone, come here to Quincy. The reps here are the best. I've been a T-Mobile customer for years so I've been to Boston and the other sites - but these guys and gals are the most helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly!nnAnd when you're ready to buy your next phone, I recommend the insurance. I would have gotten a new one for free today! :)
