Well, I'd post 0 stars if I could, but hey. Gotta leave a note to say that it'd lovely to be hung up on and sent to voicemail three times each. I'll be taking my iPhone purchase elsewhere, hope you weren't betting on that commission.
Very rude people girl who answered the phone acted like I was taking up all her free time. Someone should remind her she is at work and is being paid to do a job that involves customer service. Just hung up after hearing her tone of voice when all I wanted was for her to answer my question about a phone. She should get a job that doesn’t require working with human beings
BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST CELL PHONE COMPANIES EVER. YOU DEFINITELY GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR WITH THEIR HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR ACTUAL TELEPHONE. THEY SHUT OFF MY INTERNET FOR NO REASON AND WHEN I CALLED TO VERIFY WHO I WAS THEY SAID EVERYTHING WAS WRONG. THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH AT THE HELP DESK WAS SINGING AS THEIR GREETING. SAVE YOUR MONEY
