I have no complaints about the customer service. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The building itself is the problem. I’m disabled, and the parking is on the side of the building and a long walk to the door. Once I get to the door, it is not automatic and very hard to open, especially on a windy day. Sometimes, I might get lucky, and someone inside may see me coming and hold the door open for me. But I do appreciate them helping when I leave. But I wish something can be done with closer parking, and have accessible door. Thank you!
