Friendly staff, quick and easy. Charlie was great.
I've been meaning to leave my comment for quite some time. I love this bank and the entire staff there. They are friendly, helpful, and always say hello to me and make me feel welcome. They have the best customer service of any bank I have ever dealt with. Any of my friends know that I hate banks but not THIS bank. I would bring my business there for any of my banking needs. This branch of 5/3 is highly recommended. I truly hope this branch stays here in Wauconda forever....and the staff, too.

Been going to this bank for the past two to three years now.....all I can say is that the staff is friendly and welcoming!!! This is still the one of few branches that I would consider to be a full service office, coin machine, Western Union, safe box etc.... highly recommended!!!
Closed my accounts (checking & savings) because the staff and manager are incompetent!! Will never do any type of banking with Fifth Third Bank, ever!!
