Today I had picked out 3 pairs of shoes I loved and was excited about buying; And was also planning to buy my Amazon Delivery Team new Nikes as their reward for their hard work these past few months. (The Farmington location is on the way for our daily routes.) Vickie the Manager, lost a loyal Famous customer (at her location anyway) due to her unpleasant, unhelpful, and UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. "This is the worst part of my job" refusing to help cash out the extremely long line of customers but taunting the already irritated other customers ahead of me, by organizing shoes (within 6 feet of the line ignoring her contradictory social distance excuse) Unaware, Unwilling, and rude. While speaking negatively about her job. I will never go back to that store and my team will get their shoes somewhere else for a normal shopping experience. Vickie, I truly hope you take the personal steps to grow as a Manager and desire to help when needed!

We have been long time famous footwear customers, and constantly buying shoes from them. They have always had amazing customer service, but Farmington station is the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Very rude when asked a question and argumentative. Shoe carnival is getting a new shoe addict

Me and my dad came to look at some doc martens here because we heard about their big sale. So before driving 35 minutes to come check it out, we looked up their hours and it said they would be open till 6pm today, we showed up at 5:00 pm on the dot, but all the doors were locked and had no signs up or anything saying why they were closed. Super frustrating.

I will not go back to this location, staff was obviously having a bad day, very rude in every way!! They didn't have enough change to give me $30.00 out of $100.00, told everyone in line I hope none of you need change... She needs a additude adjustment... Poor customer service!!!
