I've been here twice with my in-laws and it has been really good both times. My husband is a huge soft pretzel person and he loves this place. They have made the pretzels fresh both times I have been there. You wait a little longer but nothing beats that fresh taste. I have gotten the cinnamon sugar large pretzel both times with the cream cheese frosting dip. It is so tasty. They have social distancing boxes on the floor and staff are wearing masks. I felt safe and had a great experience at the establishment.
It was really good. The pretzels were good. But over all I believe everything was quite over priced. You could go to the dollar store and get microwave soft pretzels and if you make them right they will taste the exact same.
Always love this place, but yesterday was really awesome because it was National Pretzel Day! This means everyone got a free pretzel!! It was really busy, but totally worth the wait and the staff handled themselves really well despite having a lobby full of people wanting their free pretzel all day! I will definitely be coming back!
We waited for over 15 min for our pretzels while person after person got their food!! I asked them how much longer and she said 10 to 15 min!! They lost our ticket! The cashier was nice despite it all. We asked for a refund and left.
Really good Pretzels! Made fresh! Because its made fresh there is a bit of a wait. Going in during the afternoon at 3 on a weekday. Other wise if you're looking for a warm delious treat I highly suggest this place.
