I don't golf- I don't know golf and I don't know what makes one club better than another, nor how to choose a goof pair of golf shoes. My father, however, loves to golf, and since he is impossible to shop for I get him a lot of golf accessories. Thankfully the staff at Golf Galaxy is really helpful, and they KNOW golf! I have (under their direction) gotten a new club, as well as golf shoes and other items, and my dad has loved what they helped me pick! I'm sure I'll be back when father's day rolls around!

I wanted to quickly acknowledge that Kent is an amazing asset to the store. I came in on a whim after having had a few days of striking the ball well, and I wanted to get a feel for a few different irons. Kent hooked me up and was extremely patient, even though I couldn't seem to find my groove. If you're reading this Kent, rest assured I know those shanks were on me, not the clubs lol. When I get more consistent, he'll be the first person I go to for a fitting I trust to work for me.

I went here to buy a new set of irons. After trying only one 7 iron big Bertha , I asked about trying a different iron only to be told they don’t have the time or the demo clubs! Not a good experience for me. Would not recommend.

Love Golf Galaxy most of the time, but would not recommend for new club fitting. I spent the roughly $45 to get fitted and the salesman had me use the same 1 club and same shaft for under 5 minutes, he then writes on a sticky note, -2, and says thanks for coming in. I did that same fitting at another store in the area this week and it was an hour and a half, tried 5 clubs, 4 shafts, etc... Assuming this was just a bad experience, but would recommend looking elsewhere for a fitting.

Loved this golf galaxy!!! Had an outstanding customer service experience with Nate, who went above and beyond to make sure I got my first ever beginners set in the color I wanted when they were out of it! I really appreciated that level of attention- now I can play on Saturday with my new clubs.nOverall, good women’s selection of both clothing and equipment. I’ll come here for all my golf needs going forward!
