I've been a customer online for some time now. I had never actually visited the store before. (Downers Grove) I must say the experience was every bit as phenomenal as my online experience. The salesman (Emp-0000924) was very informative and knowledgeable of the products that I purchased. He also demonstrated and explained things beyond my wildest imagination that I was unaware of. (Rush12 2.0 Backpack) He certainly made a return customer out of me. The store appearance was spotless and his customer service was amazing!!! Thank you
Paul and the other younger staff members were very friendly and attentive when I was shopping for ems pants. They are a little expensive but you get what you pay for right. Would highly recommend.

No one is answering the phone number listed? 45 mins from my house. Don't want to waste my time if they don't have it... don't get me wrong, great store but.. all this greatness and can't answer/ update a phone number?
The owner was really cool and helpful. He owes helped me pick out a new pair of boots. I will be back to shop soon, as my experience was more than satisfactory
