Doctors Immediate Care

Triple charged me and charged my insurance.nnLied and dragged on for months so much cc won't give refund.n.n5 months of dragging on their scam.nnCould be massive insurance fraud.

My son and I have been coming to Lombards Doctor Immediate Care for about 8 years now. Honestly I trust this doctors opinion more than others I have been too. Just went in there tonight and gave about an hour short notice before the closed. Still took me in right away! It's a simple intake process and they listen to you and ask all the necessary questions. Great staff. Highly recommended!

Horrible customer service! My children went to the Lombard facility for routine vaccinations. I was asked to provide proof of insurance, which I did. The staff never told me they were out of my network. After several months I was instructed that my insurance did not pay and I would be held accountable for the balance. I agreed to pay in two payments. During this time, I contacted my insurance. The result was the insurance paid the entire bill minus copay. I contacted the office to let them know that my insurance paid and I should be reimbursed the amount that was paid already. The supervisor instructed me to wait until accounts were settled in a week or two. I did. After about a month, I called and they told me, the owner/manager was contacted, but he did not approve and they would contact me. This went on for months. I was given excuses like the manager “Mo” was out of the country and they could not contact him. He left for the day, but they would give him the message. He knows, but did not provide a response. Finally, I contacted the village of Lombard, the Secretary of State, the BBB, and the Illinois States Attorney General’s office. When the Attorney General's office contacted Doctors Immediate care is when I finally received my refund! More than a year after the payment was taken! I asked for the managers name, they couldn’t give it to me????Never go there!

The lady at the service desk was very welcoming and polite! And so was the medical assistant and Doctor They seen my kids right before they were about to close with no problems! I would definitely go here again.
