I was gonna leave a very detailed negative experience but I think you knowing that going they three counselors four doctors and three sets of nurses is clue enough. I will say that one counselor at this place is like robin Williams character in good will hunting. He used to lead IOP groups that were the best I’ve ever been to. I actually looked forward to going. I’ll take that back I loved going. It’s sad he isn’t running that place I feel things would be healthier there.( you wouldn’t be able to test positive for opiates for two years without any repercussions). So ya my time here was full of unknowns and people generally not knowing what was going on. Oh and the occasional guy trying to buy my methadone from me.

If you want to get clean and stay that way then this is the perfect place to a new and better life. All the staff are phenomenal! I've been at a few clinics, this is by far the best one.

In the end this clinic is the same as any other. They don’t care about the individual. They care more about monitoring than healing. They don’t care if you get hurt, they care about their financial exposure. If something pops up that indicates your life might be in danger they want you out, not to help you. They deal in control and stigma, which doesn’t help anyone. And so why even write a review if they’re all the same? Because this used to be a good place where at least some staff genuinely advocated for their patients. (And I’m sure there are some left). This used to be a place where employees worked within the system to help us, the clients. If you aren’t doing that what are you doing? I guess just going to work. But I’m So tired of this. Im tired of being tricked into believing that someone is there to help me, reduce harm, and stand up for me against that which is clearly unjust only to find out that for the same old sets of reason that is no longer how it work. It’s become A medical establishment that doesn’t tend to their patients’ medical needs. It would be funny if not so sad. Btw, review is based on conversations with former employees and clients.

After the move from the old place(Winfield location) they really stepped up new place is 100times better. The start is hard because you Have to come every day (every clinic treat you same way) but it gets better you will get take homes after some time, you just have to earn it(stay clean). Friendly staff, clean, and affordable. In last couple of years lot of changes in staff but if you decide to quit it don’t matter who is serving you it’s all in your will and how much you want to change your live. They really do great job here. They will work with you and your problem. If you are not happy you can always ask for transfer to different clinic and they will help with your transfer. For me from my experience Stonybrook is good place.

They will treat you like an animal and keep your medicine from you for doing anything that they don't agree with such as smoking in the parking lot or looking at baby bunnies in the garden out front. Absolutely the worst clinic I have ever been to i do not recommend them to anybody
