Seems like the training is really lacking here. Every time I need to make a big purchase it gets harder and harder. I've had them temporarily raise the limit on my debit card probably a couple dozen times. I don't know what happened over the past few years, but it's been a big ordeal each time I try now. Associates telling me it can't be done, managers telling me it can't be done.nnThen when I finally had enough and asked them to transfer all my funds to my other linked account the associate told me to do it myself even though it was well above the limit allowed online.
Been going to this branch to exchange my coins for the longest time but because you’re not a customer they won’t help you out very disappointing
Got in early & Ramon Reyna helped as soon as I walked through the door. He is very polite & helpful & was eager to be of my assistance. This is the best bank ever!
