Yesterday I came to change my last name one of the banker told me I need Certificate of citizenship and I come today and joe cihar told me I need to go social security and dmv in last minute talk to me disrespect and west my time
My grandmother banks with this particular branch of JPMorgan Chase. Recently, she had to spend several hours with a personal banker to handle some banking issues. To say that she was impressed with the professionalism, customer care, and dedication of this staff is an understatement. My grandmother's financial and personal needs were made a priority on this busy work day. In addition to handling the specifics of her account with earnest, this Chase banker was devoted to offering a steadfast sense of reassurance, security, and trust. Customer service is a top priority of this bank, and it comes highly recommended by our family.
Showed up at 5:39 needed help closing an account and opening a new one and was turned away because the close in 21 minuets. I would NOT come back here since they like to turn customers away so they can leave at exactly 6pm.
No wait, great customer service, easy to access facilities.
