Can believe the special discount i got on set of shoes ud83dudc5e and other things at the store.
Today I went into Aldo and I came across a nice pair of brown shoes that I wanted to buy. The sales lady was kind of rude and a turn off because she wanted me to buy a second pair when I told her no. The sales lady then acts like she knows if I can afford the second pair of shoes when she irritates me by saying making that comment. I shouldn't have bought nothin from her. That was my experience but the shoes exceeded my expectations.
I love Aldo, but the Holiday customer service is wack. I gave them a call to see if they had an item available that I had recently purchased online. The item online was cheaper than the store price. She instructed me to come in and show my receipt as they had the item in stock and I could purchase that in store for the lesser and get a refund for the online purchase as it hadnt shipped yet. I went into the store only to be told that she could not do anything for me ud83dude12.
Had a bad experience at this particular Aldo store. Employee was very rude when asked to find a boot size. If you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on the customers. Be polite.
Great place to shop!!! The stuff was on point. Can't wait for the nice weather!!!!
