5/3 is a fine bank; however, this location is awful! There are no teller windows inside, just two desks so trying to withdraw money takes forever. The outside lanes take just as long (upwards of 10 minutes). The only quick way to get your money is from the ATM, so the location is basically an overglorified ATM spot. Disappointing and I wish they would change this already.
They are nice and caring they are so helpful
Have been sitting in drivethru now for over 15 minutes. Waiting on a simple withdrawal. No other cars here. No one was before us. Ridiculous
Great Branch. Mohammed or Moe was super helpful. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond what I asked for. Great Customer Service.
Just awful. Went in to open an account. Sat and waited for someone to assist me for a half an hour. I finally left. Don't waste your time. Terrible customer service.
