Trashy place! They'll keep your title even after paying everything in full! They will promise to have it ready in 2-3 weeks! It's been over a month and i still haven't gotten back my title, they're just giving me the run around! Stay away! Unprofessional and rude people! Now they are not answering any of my calls, they can't even hold up to their own contract! It's already been over 5 weeks and still no title!
I have always received Perfect and quick service. Aissa Roberts has been the best manager that have ever dealt with. Her service is a 10 Plus hands down. I am a 10 year customer and she's the BEST ud83dude18
I went there today Sept 23 and I had the best customer service, her name is aissa roberts, she was super friendly and super informative, I went to the place across the street by mistake and I was like this isn't the place that had good reviews, so I go the hell out of there, when I got to the correct place is was like night and day, aissa was very professional and funny, I hope she remembers who I am, I will definitely go back.
This place is always friendly and makes it very easy to understand what I need for the loan.. Leslie is always super nice and helpful
