The bank tellers are always so helpful and courteous.
The bank ar 87th and Ridgeland is the worst of have seen in the past 6 months. I have had 3 issues with them for 6 months now. Twice my bank deposit went into someone elses accouny and now this recent transaction we had to close our account and open another one with a large amount of money. The money was transferred from the old acount to a new one. Than we had to wait a day for it to be process. The next day its in there and the following day I get a call from one of my creditor that there was no money in there. Go online to find the large amonut was not there and a negative balance is on there. I callef at 930 in the morning to main office nd they contacted the bank here and finally I went back up there because its now 6 hours later and the teller knew who we are and tells us they dony know where it is and looking into it. Now its 730 a nite and still dont know where my money is. They need to train these people better. If not resolve by tomorrow morning then Im taking all my money out. This is insane
