This is solely about the ATM machines. 3/4 times they are broken in the drive thru or walk up ATMs. Always so frustrating.
I went to this bank on April 9th due to my card declining, and my bank mobile app telling to go to my local bank for suspicious activity . So I did upon arriving had explained to this lady about the ongoing issue with Bank of America and how I received an email stating that I would be receiving a new card when I never requested a new card. She said that the claim was false and I wouldn’t be getting a new card when I went to check my old address for mail there was a letter from the bank with my new card. She ensured me that I wouldn’t be getting a new card and not to worry. I could’ve had my information stolen, due to her incompetence. I still don’t know why the bank sent me a new card. And my account is still restricted she did nothing to help me. This is by far the worst bank I’ve been to. They really lack knowledge.

As far as I've seen, the service here is a 9/10. They handled my concerns really well but they really do need another extra person to help out. I remember coming in one day and having to leave because of the line that had formed, but that was only during a busy hour. I hope they get better.
