Horrible service, they wasted my time only one banker named Nancy with the worst attitude ever, and a manager named Alicia who could care less about your banking needs. I reported them to corporate.

This location is only for Spanish speaking customers, English speaking customers are treated badly. Had bad experience few times and heard same from others too.

This Bank is garbage, had to wait 1 hr and half just to deposit some money. The lines are super long. Plz save yourself the headache and bank somewhere else!

I drove over a mile to use their ONLY 1 broken ATM. In a very dated building.
