All three ATM's are out of service for 2 days now. Seriously thinking about going to Chase with my business. No reason all 3 should be down unless there is a outage, and there isn't one.
There isn't even a drive thru or an atm...
There is limited open banks as it is and they closed early. I got there before it closed and the doors were locked already and the associate doing greeting is just staring ignoring the fact that it’s before closing and I’m trying to come in.
Worst bank I have ever dealt with I tried to open up an account and they made everything impossible which I had all the documents I felt like from the beginning they were just thinking of ways to turn me away anytime they would ask me for a document and I tell them I have it they get mad management should really step up and do some changes never coming back here ever again
This bank doesn't even deserve one star. They had about 8-10 employees and only one teller with a lobby full of people almost to the door. Employees just standing around looking at each other instead of helping the customers.
