I had the best experience I ever had in a bank, thanks to Will Calderon. He was the best! I recommend when you go to this branch ask for Will and he will definitely take care of all your needs like he did for me! He mention he is there everyday! I own a small store and have to make frequent large cash deposits from lottery sales etc. The tellers are always friendly and greet me with a warm smile and a hello. Very quick service as well. Tons of parking also.
Very outstanding worker didn’t take much of my time and was great with explaining everything to me will be bringing more friends and family thanks to Mr.Calderon
If I could give negative stars, I would. Not just to this particular branch, but the bank as a whole. TERRIBLE customer service. They are making me wait over a week to verify a payroll check...that should be illegal to hold someone's money for that long. I would strongly advise against using Citizens, they are the least convenient and unhelpful bank.
