Poor management and customer service. I advise everyone and anyone to go to another location.

This location is awful. The wait is so long. There are lots of employees there but only one teller for the 15 ppl in line. So disorganized.

It's a huge location which is mostly empty as it was an older bank that was taken over by Bank of America. Staffing is inadequate and just a few people will lead to a long wait. just like any other bank during rush times it gets busy and you have to wait but they do have a drive-up window that's easy to reach.
