I had been looking for running shoes but not just any pair since I have some problems with my feet and didn't want to make matters worse if I got just any generic pair of running shoes, so talking to a coworker she recommended this place and I'm more than happy I went to get my shoes here. As soon as I came in I was greeted and helped by Mark, he was friendly and super helpful and recommend a pair which I ended up getting as they were super comfortable, he let me know i had 30 days to try them out and exchange if i wasn't happy. At check out he also threw in a free pair of socks and a stylus pen which I use at work everyday. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and experience here, highly recommend!
As a size 15 wearer, I’m used to having few options and never anything “off the shelf”. That changed when I asked owner Mark Rouse if he had anything on hand my size. His reply, “A bunch!”. He wasn’t kidding. Mark expertly landed me on a pair of Brooks that I loved right out of the box. He even had socks my size! Satisfaction level? Better than my first pair of Chuck Taylor’s! Thank you Mark and Pom Rouse! My feet thank you. My wife thanks you. And my dogs (left and right/Lucy and Buddy) thank you.
What a wonderful place! My husband and I both needed new running shoes so went in today. The time and attention we were given was awesome. We tried a few pairs, discussed any issues we had with the fits, and reach found a great and comfy pair! For two people who begrudgingly go out for a run, we were both so excited, we planned to go home and go out for our inaugural jog! (This didn't actually get to happen because of our children needing dinner but man, we wanted to!!). Looking forward to going back for the next pair!
The owners were kind, courteous and very knowledgeable! Helped me pick a great pair of shoes for running that fit perfectly!
My boyfriend and I were on our way to L.A Fitness and each needed a pair of workout shoes. Its was Astonishing how quick and fast and accurate Pom and her husband were. We walked in stating that we would need to go quickly. WHEN I SAY WE WERE IN THERE FOR 15 MINS TOPS that was it! My boyfriend and i each tried on 2 pairs of shoes. They were able to tell n feel immediately if something was to tight or loose. Ugh I wish i could give a 100 stars everything about this place was outstanding and amazing. Great work! They are both lovely,sweet,kind and understanding workers n people. I learned this in 15 MINS OMG INSANEEE!!!!!
