beyond perfect in and out in 3 minutes they had what I needed in stock very well knowledge in the product.
I have never had a more personal and easy experience buying shoes! Got a discount from work and got a free after which I always could use more shirts! The employee was wonderful and blunt about which shoes where what. I am going to reccomended Red Wing to my co-workers when I get the chance.
Ordered a pair of boots on December 11 and was told 7-10 days they would be in. After 14 days I called and was told they should be in within a week. Called again after 30 days and now they only can tell me that they're on order but not sure when they will be in. After 65 days I called the Res Wing Corporate phone number and they tell me that the earliest they might ship them out will be another 45 days. I've worn Red Wings every workday for nearly 15 years, but now I'll have to look elsewhere. The lack of communication and unwillingness to help is unacceptable.
The store was very nice. I walked in just looking, and walked out with a pair. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful
The gentleman was very helpful and kind. Will definitely take the hour drive to go back again.
