Great customer service, and very knowledgeable Im happy to support Red wing workers and love my American made boots. Best work boots ever!
#1 I was told I would be getting a call Monday on when I could pick up my boots. Never got a call and I had to call on Tuesday to see what’s going on.n#2 I asked if I could have them oiled up and that never happened.n#3 destroyed the tips of my lacesn#4 the new guy needs to learn how to be more helpful if he’s going to be in retail
The sales guy was very strange. He was not helpful at all. The shoes I wanted were discontinued. He did not offer anything similar. I left with the feeling he did not want me there,like he was doing something in the back of the store and I was taking his time.nWhen you buying $200 shoes you should expect better service!
