Wells fargo, is with out a doubt the rudest most unfriendly financial institution I have ever seen. It is impossible to get information from either the branch office or their 800 number. It is always the same 8 or 9 We're sorry all bankers are busy now and then the automated system kicks you off so either start over or give up. It is no wonder they were slapped with huge fines and sanctions by the Government. If they run their entire operation like they they do checking and mortgages THEY DESERVE IT. How does a bank lose a direct deposit from the u.s. government. Or so they said they never received it. Now after really investigating and many hours on hold the GOVERNMENT said they sent it to wells fargo and the bank rejected it. So now I am attempting to find out why. All I get fromthrzombie eyed drones at my branch is Iontseenufffn. Which as I learned is zombie for I do not see anything. Yet more undeniable proof of how well the educational system is really not working. I guess I will be forced to climb the corporate ladder untill some one is able/smart enough to help me.

They are the been the best. I have been with them for 15 years. Gave me a chance after my divorce even with bad credit. They helped me work on it and now I average 785 to 800. Plus they are located all over the US.

I went to deposit $4500 into a business account. I hot there and Ana Marie put the money in a different account number. I left the bank feeling good. I got home and sent Nr Marco a copy of t hhg e receipt. He says that is not my account number. I call the bank immediately I talked to Mr Joivani. He says he will put it in the proper account and I can stop down anytime to pick up the receipt. I say fine. Then he tells me the money will roll into the new aco because of fraudulent activity on the older account. I tell him just to post it where the client wants it. So I go in to see the manager and he says the money did not get transferred because I should have come dow within 30 minutes. Well I called zmr Joivani as soon as client tells me it is wrong. Maybe 20 minutes. He never said I must have you hear. He said he could make the transfer. So I go see the managrrsnf he says the transfer did not go thru because the scout was closed. But it was not. The client called and said it was not closed. Do who is lying to whom. Eells fargo did not make the transaction I asked for then they lied to me about the account being closed. I will not take this loss and suck it up on my own. I hold Wells Fargo just as liable for not putting the money where I asked and for lying to my face about an accout that was closed that really was not.
