Quick, easy, and professional! Set up my auto loan over the phone from one branch and was able to finish everything from this branch. Which was way more convenient for me. Been a member for 20+Yrs., and don’t plan going anywhere else.
Young man with glasses at the drive thru not very friendly. All other tellers have a warm and friendly smile.
His response is very scripted without any enthusiasm.
Great customer service here, helped me get my auto loan in a fair amount of them and answered all my question. Ramsey was super helpful, and a cool dude. Very happy he helped me with my loan.
This branch is good in terms of service, but their drive up lanes leave A LOT to be desired. The lanes are so narrow that you can get stuck or damage your vehicle easily. Be very careful when using these lanes!
