We stopped here for lunch and ordered the food. Our waiter wasn’t as professional as we would expect from a server. Ruby Tuesday’s as you know has an all you can eat salad bar? Due to COVID you are required to order from a list of items as we did. The server waited until our food was served before bringing the salad. When I asked him why he didn’t bring it sooner? He replied he was too busy. Taken back by his response I let it go. As we ate our food, we watched as he continued to play on his cell phone. As you can see in the picture the food was good. Nicely prepared and good tasting. We had to wait for our drinks for several minutes. The food was good and the service being poor I still recommend eating here.
Service was great, food delicious ud83dude0b and absolutely loved how they found a way to do their salad bar. I miss salad bars and they are doing it right! All restaurants should do it this way for all salads! Well done Ruby Tuesday!
Good food
I gave one star only because I could not give less. WORSE DINING EXPERIENCE EVER! Got served on a dirty dish, never got checked on and did not get any refills and manager did absolutely NOTHING. Horrible experience.
While the staffs are really nice there were crumbs underneath the table and a couple flies that kept flying around the table. I'm assuming it must be the unclean leftovers that dropped underneath the table that attracted those flies. They could have sat us at another table, after all it was basically opened and no customers beside another 2 that was at the bar side
