If you bank here, just go to the Touhy location. Save yourself the time and scrutiny by the tellers at this location. I’ve been banking here for years but this location is by far the worst service. Very skeptical and sarcastic in their tone. I also heard that this branch is closing, and hope they follow through with it the closing soon.

I used them for very long time while they change their name three times going thru mergers. Now, as Bank of Hope, they have the worst of two world, large bank & local bank. They scrutinize too much on security at the cost of customer's convenience (local bank con), and their personable customized service is no where to find (large bank con).

Terrible and slow service. One of their bankers said she would assist me with making CDs but instead she was on the phone with another customer for quite a long time. I felt like an invisible person. They need a better job handling and communicating with the customers. I am a long time customer, and I have never been so dissatisfied with their service until recently.
