This place is a scam. I took my mower in for a repair that was supposed to be covered under warranty. They never called me once in the two weeks they had the mower. Then I came in and they charged me more than half of what the original new mower cost. They never once communicated it would not be covered so I had no choice but to pay their high fees or else I could not get my mower back. Their communication is extremely poor and I never had a choice.

Look for nickel and dimeing here. I bought my cub cadet here a year ago, they were very nice then. I recently stopped in and said I have an uneven cut can you help me? They said drop it off or we will pick up for a fee. When I did drop it off, they charged me $44.00 to put air in the tires. When I called him out on this absurdity I said “44 dollars to inflate the tires”???!!!!! He then snapped at me ... “who’s gonna do it then?” This should have been a call to me to tell me I only need to put air in your tires ... or do it pro bono for a repeat customer. The whole event could have been avoided if they asked - “hey check your air first”. Should be zero stars for Service..

Sean and the rest are able to find the replacement parts for every engine i own and have saved me hundreds by allowing me to do carb-rebuilds and tune-ups on my own in this era of ethanol gasoline.
