Wouldn’t recommend this place. Still haven’t got my shoes back after one year!! More excuses as to why my shoes aren’t fixed. Pathetic!
Great service, only took a few minutes to fix a velcro strap.
Went to pick up my sons shoes and he painted a strap white, it looked horrible and told him I wanted the strap re-attached not longer. He went back and did a horrible sewing hack job! Its hideous, he just put his hands up, said that is all he can do and walked away mid sentence. So disappointing!

Hayes has helped me multiple times with running shoes, new laces, and belts. They put a great deal of work into repairing my shoes, even if they are falling apart, and another shoe repair shop would deem them a lost cause.
