Courteous service and they had everything I needed: lime (Magic-Cal), potting soil, and perlite.
Spent $288 (59 delivery fee)to get my Honda lawnmower repaired. But the machine only worked for 3 mins when it was sent back then the same problem occurred (blade wasn’t engaging when cutting the lawns). Very unpleasant communicating experience with the technician and the store stuff. They kept saying it’s b/c we added our own old gas after it’s delivered back (which we didn’t) so it caused the carburetor issue again (they said they put in a new carburetor). They asked us to bring back the machine and will charge us again to repair it as they believed the issue was caused by our own gas. Don’t trust them any more and don’t want to waste time and will ask somebody else to fix it. P.S. if you are not native speaker, don’t try to communicate with them. Also, spoken with my husband, he is very curious how could a new carburetor cause issues so quick again?
