I took in my RARE Pomeranian to get a little trim and washed up. But, I shop around for a bit and look at the ferrets (so CUTE!) when I look back at the groomer station. There was my adorable little puppy next to a GROWN-MAN-DRESSED-AS-A-DOG. Shirtless, collar on, underwear on, black shoes and painted dots. In complete and utter disgrace at what they do. I’m all for your private life’s if you like that, you like that. Don’t allow these men to take it into a public dog grooming station. I let her get trimmed, but I will NOT be returning. Wasn’t even funny if it was a joke. Trixie could have been in danger. Rate:2 Stars. An extra for the ferrets.

Employees were great, the worms I bought died almost instantly however. I stored them how I do every other time, so that was disappointing. I assume this is just happenstance, employees are always great and helpful.

I have shopped at Petco for 15 years now in the last year I noticed when I walk in I get no help on Saturday I walked in without a mask because I have a breathing disability and there were two employees standing there talking to one another that asked me to put a mask on unless I had a disability I said I do have a disability no thank you I didn't get any response from them and when I got to the front to cash out with the young man he was completely rude and didn't say a word to me didn't want to give me a bag didn't want to run my card was very disrespectful because I have a disability your store offers zero customer service 99% of the time except when they want to force somebody to wear a mask and if the person doesn't comply because they have a medical or physical condition they are treated like garbage I will let everyone know how I was treated and will no longer be patronizing your store I am a 15 to 20-year customer and now will never use your store again

Eddie did an awesome job grooming and nail clipping with our two dachshunds! He is very skilled at handling our dogs, who have very diverse personalities. Eddie is highly skilled at calmly reassuring our one very nervous dog and he puts her at ease. Our long haired dachshund always looks like a supermodel dog after his grooming appointment with Eddie.

Love the grooming salon in Petco Coralville. Began going there during the pandemic and have no regrets. Eddie does an excellent job with our labradoodle. She looks amazing every time.
