The person I spoke to at Petco gave me the best recommendations for a picky eater. I tried the 2 brands she recommended and my dog is eating again! The store personnel were so friendly and willing to give their time and knowledge freely. I was impressed! I am so grateful! Thank you.

Found a dog collar on clearance. Went to check out and it rang up regular price. Cashier called the MOD to honor the price. She informed me that they couldn't give it to me for the orange sticker price because it was no longer in clearance. She was very rude about the whole thing. She gave me a % off Which was a couple dollars more than the orange sticker price and left.. The cashier felt so bad she apologized and said the manager was out on maternity leave and that girl (Erin I think her name was?) Was in charge. I will be calling someone at their corporate office this week, I'm guessing someone needs some customer service training?
