Mixed feelings. Today's visit was for dog grooming which was certainly a 5 star experience. Fast, friendly, and quality work. It really was a great experience.nnBut then -nnI also wanted some tropical fish and it seems that even with someone working this end of the store full time the interest in assisting a customer is ABSOLUTELY ZERO. I was there wanting fish. Its been a while since I shopped there for fish. I looked at all the tanks. I waited a few minutes. The girl never flinched. So I left without fish.nNot the first time I have had this (fish) experience though with covid- it has been some time.nThey are the only game in town for fish. Guess I need to travel to a competitor store for basic service.

I cannot say enough about multiple people who helped me when we had a flea issue.. Managers Terry and Bob and associate Bri went out of their way to read through a ton of directions with me, discuss their own experiences, compare products, reassure me, etc etc.. I then made my way up to the cashiers who were training a new cashier. All three women could not have been nicer or more friendly! Clearly, someone is making great decisions about who they hire!

The customer service was impeccable and the associates/groomers were extremely knowledgeable! We were beyond impressed. Sarah, the training was amazing and we cannot wait to continue training with her. She's one of a kind! Thank you, Petco, for being a part of our first-time puppy owners journey! ud83dude18

To be honest shouldn’t even be one star, my dog is months old and I have been taking him to multiple different places to get his hair cut (never have gotten a complaint about him) This has been the worst experience yet. Not only was he cut wrong, he came back with his leg hurting and just over all depressed. My dog normally is very kind and happy(just being months old), but after the appointment he wouldn’t stop winning, and licking his leg.

I was able to find the cat food that my cat loves. The cashier was helpful, quick, friendly and efficient.
