Horrible experience. The stalls aren’t working and haven’t been any time I’ve thought of coming to this location. We sat in the drive through for over 35 minutes before giving up and leaving. After waiting forever we were near the intercom, and the car in front of us waited over 15 minutes before any sounds even came on over the intercom. We never heard anything come out, so we eventually decided to leave. It’s unbelievable to me that it could take this long to even order food. It’s truly irrational to let a line pile up to this degree at an eatery normally know for speed.nAs we were leaving, there were already at least 6 more cars behind us who had also been waiting. We looked inside as we left and saw only one employee.nI would normally be forgiving and assume this was a one time nightmare event, but this is at least the third time we have tried to sit in this drive through only to give up. We won’t be back ever again. I would discourage anyone from eating here until they can fix their stalls and have enough staff to clear the line.

Showed up today 2/18/21. Could not use the app. I had a coupon for a half price Blast and was not able to use it because they were not accepting app orders. When I asked if the would honor it I was told NO, the lady was very short and not helpful. Found out later she was the manager. Was also told they could not give me the happy hour pricing as well that I would have gotten with the app.nVery disappointed today with this Sonic.

The food is decent if you ever get it, just be prepared to wait an hour for the drive through. God knows how long you have to wait if you use the stales. If you want (Fast) food, go somewhere else. But if you just got to have sonic, drive to Huntsville. It'll take the same amount of time.
