I honestly loved this coffee the first three weeks of them being open. But the last few times I’ve ordered a cold brew(which has been incredible in the past), I have received what I assume is nitro cold brew, but it tasted like club soda mixed with a funky coffee taste. Hopefully they figure out that something has changed and the cold brew does not actually taste like cold brew.
Talk slow when you order. Workers don’t seem to be trained or supervised. I discussed with the supervisor. Let’s see if they improve.
For a chain it's not bad coffee I enjoy the people who work there!
This place is convenient being right off 72, but no one working there knows how to do T-Debit and it's very frustrating. The other one in Madison never has issues with it.
