Food was great but service was not to good had to ask for refilles and when u did ask for them or ketchup it took about 15 mins to recieve
The Host was presentable and pleasant. Fast service, food was great, establishment clean with social distancing. The waiter was fast and was informed about the menu. The Mommy drinks (w/liquor) were made to perfection.
Customer service was wonderful and our waitress was very nice and attentive. The one issue would be the cleanliness of the establishment. Our table was clean but the floor was dirty.
Horrible experience. Went for my Birthday for dinner with family. And they took forever placing our order. Then when we finally received our food, my husbands meal was wrong. Kitchen staff obviously had it's priorities all backwards. When he finally got his order , everyone else was ready to leave. ud83dude21 Never had this experience before. Yes, we got a refund. Had to ask for it. Ticked me off.
My wife and I really enjoyed this place. The food was good and hot, and the waitress was very nice. The manager even came by to check on us. The only problem I really had was a large group of about 8 or maybe 10 people came in were seated right next to us without any regard to the fact that there is STILL a pandemic raging all around us. They were NOT 6 feet away. No one even asked us if we wanted to move to a table further away. Oh well, maybe someone will wake up one day. Still a good restaurant though.
