I order Chili's To-Go quite often and every single time something is wrong with my order. Today was the last straw for me... I pulled up to get my lunch order and instead of it being brought out curbside, the person working stood at the door waving my order and gesturing for me to get out and get it...Upon receiving my order, once again it was wrong. I went inside to get it corrected and instead of the person fixing it, they challenged me stating that they put the item in the bag. This is unacceptable and I will not return! This location is convenient to my home and if I don't cook I prefer casual dining over fast food... After many poor experiences with Chili's To-Go I just can't continue to waste my time and money at this establishment. I hope you guys adhere to the many reviews given on a poor experience and take ownership of your brand and product. Peace!

I'm sitting in the restaurant right now, haven't gotten my food yet. My server seems awesome so far. But I have an issue with the hostess. My husband and I came in without masks. We are from Tennessee and usually in restaurants, it isn't required. The hostess informed us we could not enter the building without them, so we politely went back outside to our car, got our masks, came back in and were seated, and then we were allowed to take our masks off. 5 minutes later, a group of FIVE people came in and they were seated by the same hostess without masks at all. A group of 2 people was forced to exit and only come back with masks but FIVE is fine?nnEdit: and now both of our margaritas were wrong. I ordered strawberry and it was lime. So they just gave me strawberry puree to fix it myself. ud83eudd26nnAnd they are not sanitizing the menus when they put them back. But I had to leave and get a mask... I'm just irritated at this point.nnExtra edit: appetizer (texas fries) came with no plates and no ranch.

This is a great place to go on a Saturday afternoon when the restaurant is not busy. You can be seated and sit there and wait for a server to speak to you. Several will walk by and not even acknowledge you are sitting in the place. The real bonus is listening to the staff back in the kitchen having a great time laughing and doing whatever they do. But come wait on you in a reasonable amount of time...nope. So when you have had enough of the nonsense you can get up and leave like I did. Pathetic! .

I went to Chili’s the other day, and the hostess I had was extremely friendly. I believe her name was Anna or something that started with an A and she had red hair. Low-key she was kinda cute, and I tried getting her number, but no luck. Definitely the best experience I’ve had at Chili’s yet. Thank you god for allowing this ginger goddess down from the heavens to greet me. My server, Allie, gave me very, very good service too. I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews, I love this Chili’s. I will definitely be returning soon.
