2 employees bartending/serving for the whole bar 1st weekend of NFL! Friendly employees, bad management!
Pickup orders have always been fairly quick during the week and the staff was always polite. Their bathrooms seem to always be clean and the bartender is fairly knowledgeable. It seems around 5:00pm during the week is the perfect time to visit with little to no wait.
Honestly, the poor waitress/bartender was the only one on duty for the most part. The wings were ok, but nothing to rave over. The atmosphere was good; the music playing wasn't overly loud, and the decor was good. Our server was friendly and very understanding when one of our drinks ordered was absolutely horrible. She replaced it free of charge.
I think every other bad review sums it up. Food was horrible and cold. Waited for an hour for food and the girl threw it at me
I love Buffalo Wild Wings but have had multiple bad experiences with the quality at the Athens location. Tonight I paid $35 (including a tip) on a takeout order only to get home and have completely fried solid wings with hardly any sauce. The fries were also over cooked with literally no potatoes inside. For $35, go get steaks at Publix until they get control over this place.
