Diana was so responsive and sweet. I messaged her and she responded very quickly. I mentioned to her that Rocky, my dog had an aggressive history and she didn’t question or hesitate to take him in. She scheduled an appointment right away and said she would work with him. I had an experience previously where a groomer who had 4 staff members within 30 minutes call me and mentioned that they couldn’t work with Rocky because he was going “to eat them up” and requested for me to pick him up. That location didn’t even mention to get a tranquilizer ud83dude29. Diana did such an amazing job and communicated and helped my dad who was lost due to my father not being tech savy. She was completely understanding and took Rocky in, despise that we were late for his appointment. Her flexibility meant a lot and indicated the type of person she is. She left rocky looking adorable and stylish. His tail looks literally like a fan and they even styled him with a bandanaud83dude0d. The fact that she worked with Rocky and didn’t judge him or question him tells you a lot. She has a passion for animals, and both you and your pets could feel it. I felt at ease leaving Rocky in her hands. Thank you Diana for everything and I am so happy to say I have a groomer - now and for the future.

My dog is a handful I would’ve never thought I’d be able to get him groomed! Anyone with chihuahuas would know how they can be! Diana and her team did a great job with him The employees at Lady and the Leash are so sweet as well.

If I could give -10 stars I would! Horrible groomer! Butchered my 11 month old puppy’s hair!! No explanation as to what happened! Not a word! Specifically handed him to the owner, Diana. Wish I could post pictures. Very disappointing.

Jameson loves coming to Lady and the Leash. Diana grooms him beautifully. He always looks and smells great! Recently, Jameson went for daycare and Diana took her time introducing him to the other pups and doggies and he had the best experience. Lovely caring professional services. Highly recommend! I am so happy Lady and the Leash is open! I am a new Cat mom and Diana and her team have been amazing! Midnight loves the team when it’s time for Cat wash, ear cleaning, nail trimming. Her team has taught me basic stuff for my cat and they are always smiling and welcoming every time we visit! Thank you Lady and the Leash team! - Midnight and the Lao family.
