First, we tried to sit outside, only to see that all of the tables that were available were covered with glasses and trash. Then, we were told there was a low top table in the bar area. We sat down, and waited for about fifteen minutes without any interaction from a server. We have had great experiences with Buffalo Wild Wings at different locations, but will not be trying this one again.
Had a good waiter, was quick to do what he needed to do. Thumbs up to my waiter
Love the food, drinks, n atmosphere!
For reference, I NEVER write a review. We were here for almost 4 hours. 30 minutes for a drink. Over an hour to order food. Another hour for it to arrive. The only efficient staff member was a girl training for 3 days. A manager came out once, and she only did so to try to tell my 22 year old friend his ID was fake. Luckily he had a second form of ID. Not only was the service slower than syrup, on NFL Sunday it took these people 2 hours to switch our tv from AUBURN college volleyball. I have never experienced this in my life. I think I could build a damn spaceship in the time it took me to receive my ten boneless wings. If I could give zero stars I would.
my server, kerstie, had GREAT customer service! she had a great personality and so much enthusiasm! she sung to me on my birthday and ended the song with a double one-handed cartwheel!! my night couldn’t have been any better!
